6:00pm Cocktail hour with passed appetizers
Filo cups with vegetables, chicken thigh teriyaki skewers, and bruschetta
7:00pm Opening remarks and plated dinner. Entrée choices:
Choice 1: Filet Mignon (4.5 oz) with scalloped potatoes and seasonal vegetables
Choice 2: Chicken Cordon Bleu with scalloped potatoes and seasonal vegetables
Choice 3: Wild Mushroom Ravioli in sage and brown butter sauce
8:30pm Awards presentation with dessert and coffee station
